RandomMaila ("we", "us") operates the website at randommaila.com and related services that help creators publish lottery-number images from their own templates.

2. Information we collect

Account data from our authentication provider (Clerk): your email, name, and a unique user ID.
Content you create: templates, images you upload, publication titles, lists of names/items, and style presets.
Payment-slip imagessubmitted by end users on public publication pages, together with an optional note and the submitter's IP address (for abuse prevention).
Activity logs: event type, IP address, user agent, and related record IDs, kept for security and audit purposes.

3. How we use information

To provide and maintain the service (authentication, storage, rendering).
To send transactional emails related to subscriptions and payment status.
To detect abuse, debug problems, and keep the service secure.

We do not sell personal data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with third parties except the service providers listed in Section 6.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database (Neon, AWS ap-southeast-1).
Uploaded images are stored on server-side volumes and served over HTTPS.
All traffic to the service is served over HTTPS with HTTP Strict Transport Security.

5. Service providers

Clerk — authentication.
Neon — managed PostgreSQL database.
Fly.io — application hosting.
Resend — transactional email delivery.

6. Data retention

Account and content data are retained while your account exists. Activity logs are retained for operational and audit purposes. You may request deletion of your account and its associated data by contacting us at the address below.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, rectify, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us.

8. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
