Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using RandomMaila ("the Service") at randommaila.com you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

RandomMaila lets creators design image templates and publish lottery-number images to public pages. End users can view publications, generate images, and submit payment slips to activate or extend a publication.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law, including gambling or lottery laws in your jurisdiction.
• Infringe intellectual-property rights with content you upload.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service.
• Upload illegal, defamatory, or harmful content.

5. User content

You retain ownership of content you upload (templates, images, publication data, payment slips). You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, transmit, and display that content solely as needed to operate the Service.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Publications may require a subscription payment (currently 600 THB per 30-day month, per publication). Payments are made by uploading a bank-transfer slip on the public publication page; once an admin approves the slip, the publication's expiry is extended. Approval is discretionary; fraudulent or unclear slips may be rejected without refund.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (Clerk, Neon, Fly.io, Resend) as described in the Privacy Policy. Your use of these services is subject to their own terms.

8. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, or specific delivery times for email.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RandomMaila shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for conduct that breaches these terms or creates risk or legal exposure. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
